TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
We are based in Czech Republic, and if the delivery address is within the EU, you won't need to pay any additional taxes and custom duties.
If the delivery address is outside of the EU, the buyer is responsible for any additional charges that may apply. Please don’t refuse your package in this situation, as we won't be able to provide you any refund, since the orders are not delivered back. Same rule applies if you provide us with the incorrect address, please make sure that all the information is correct before submitting your order.
In case you're not sure about the information added to the order, please check the confirmation email, if you need to make any corrections, please use the CONTACT PAGE form, add there your order number and the information that needs to be corrected.
PROCESSING TIME
Usually orders are shipped in 3-5 business days, but please note that some of the products are made to order, and I'm the only person running the shop, so it might take up to 10 business days to get your order ready. These products will have this info added to their description.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery. The tracking is usually available within your countries representative companye chosen by me.
Please note that some of the destination countries do require a signature upon delivery.

The shipping time depends on a lot of factors, including the country of destination and period of the year.
In general Delivery within Europe takes between 3-7 working days. For United States it can take between 10 - 20 working days.
