⛧ How to care for my jewelry?
- Keep your jewelry far from constant sun exposure, storing your piece in a jewelry box is the safest way to keep their original format and color; leaving it in the open can cause air tatnishing
- Do not sand it, it will remove its polished finish.
- Avoid exposure to perfume, body lotion, warm water, makeup, hairspray / hair oil / hair mask, chemicals and cleaners. 
- If you find yourself in need of cleaning your piece, first try using a polishing cloth or a micro-fiber piece of fabric, you can carefully rub your piece with the cloth for a bit until you see its original color again. In case this is not enough, you can use mild soap and cold water, wash it all and dry ir right away, do not let it dry by itself or use warm guns to dry it. 
!!! Do not, under any circumstance, put the bone under the water. That can cause the bone to rotten inside and slowly fall apart.


⛧ Do I have a tracking number?

Yes! Once the item is dispatched, we will provide you the tracking number so you can keep your eyes on it. Once the item arrives in your country, you *generally* can track using the local post. Example: USPS, Deutsche Post, Austrian Post, Poste Italiane, et cetera.

⛧ Do you ship Worldwide?
Almost. Countries I do not ship to: Australia, Belarus, Brazil, New Zealand, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela.
 

⛧ INFORMATION FOR AMERICAN CLIENTS:
The package is sent to you declared as GIFT, with the description with very cheap, low value items and materials; such as plastic, glass and resin.
The value declared is under $20


⛧ How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Depends on the courier. Unfortunately, I can not give you any guarantee regarding time of delivery. The average delivery changes regarding the destination country.
In Europe it takes 5-8 working days in most cases.
For USA it usually takes between 12 - 20 working days.


⛧ What happened to my order? Is it lost?
Once the parcel is left at the post office, we do not have any more responsibility over it. You have the tracking number to keep your eye on, if your item gets lost, please contact the service provider.
PS: Make sure you use the tracking code in your local post service, it's 98% likely the code is traceable in your country too.


⛧ Can I get a refund / exchange?
At the moment, unfortunately, I do not accept refunds / exchanges. You see pictures of the product, and can message me with any questions you have in order to make sure this is the item you expect.
In case your item get broken on the way, please contact the service provider responsible for the delivery, and send me a message so I can help you in any way possible.
